Rope Skipping
CCA Information
Rope-Skipping CCA is a new offering which aims to promote fitness, agility, coordination and teamwork through fun and dynamic activities. Students will learn various skipping techniques, ranging from basic skills to more advanced routines, such as speed skipping, freestyle, and group skipping formations.
Through regular practice, members will improve their cardiovascular endurance, motor skills, and overall physical fitness. In addition, members will have opportunities to showcase their skills at school events and competitions, building confidence and a sense of achievement.
