CCA Information
Welcome to the Brownies - a vibrant and adventurous group under Girl Guides Singapore for Primary 3 to Primary 6 girls!
Being a Brownie is all about learning, growing, and making a difference in our school and community. Through games, outdoor activities, and hands-on projects, Brownies develop important life skills like teamwork, leadership, and creativity. Whether it’s camping under the stars, learning first aid, baking treats, or giving back to the community, every activity is an opportunity to discover, explore, and shine.
At the heart of Brownies is the Brownie Promise and Law, guiding each girl to be kind, responsible, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Along the way, they earn badges that recognize their achievements in areas like science, nature, the arts, and more - turning every learning moment into an exciting challenge!
Joining the Brownies isn’t just about having fun - it’s about guiding our girls to become the best version of themselves, while making unforgettable memories with lifelong friends in Marymount Convent School.

CCA Highlights
Craft Work
Brownies learn different life skills such as craft during Brownies sessions.
Keeping Fit
Brownies take part in exercises and outdoor activities to keep fit. These activities include outdoor trekking and Zumba.
National Brownies Revel and South Division Day
Brownies go for nationwide competition during the National Brownies Revel and join in activities on South Division Day. We also get ourselves involved in community work.
Enrolment Ceremony
The Tweenies go through an enrolment ceremony to be enrolled as Brownies. They are tested based on the points they need to know as Brownies and the tester will pin the enrolment badge onto their scarf.
National Day Celebrations
As the only uniformed group in the school, Brownies take part in the National Day Celebrations Parade Segment by marching in proudly with the state and school flag.
Teachers’ Day Celebrations
Brownies take part in the Teachers’ Day Celebrations by coming up with a performance for the concert.
