Art Club
CCA Information
Experimenting with paper collage while discussing and exploring themes inspired by Singapore’s culture and everyday life.
Art Club is a creative studio where ideas take shape beyond paper.
It offers students a space to explore and express themselves through a
wide range of art forms, from drawing and painting to ceramics, mixed media,
abstract art and digital creations.
Students are encouraged to draw inspiration from their experiences
and the world around them, developing their own artistic voice through
hands-on making and reflective practice. Through exposure to diverse materials,
techniques and genres, students learn that art is not limited to one style
or medium, but an evolving language for thinking and communicating.
Using acrylic paint and found materials, inspired by nature for texture and mark-making.
Different art forms are introduced to develop students in different art genres. Art Club also provides opportunities for students to display school values, develop their socio-emotional learning (SEL) competencies and nurture them into confident 21st century young artists.
