Financial Assistance Scheme

 

The income limit and benefits for Financial Assistance Scheme for Singapore citizen pupils are as follows:

 

 MOE FAS  SMC FAS (From MCS)

 For those citizen pupils who do not meet the   criteria for MOE FAS, they can apply for the   SMC FAS 

 Income Limit
    • The family's gross household income does not exceed $2,500 per month; or
    • The family's per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $625 per month. 


    • The family's gross household income does not exceed $3,000 per month; or
    • The family's per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $750 per month.
 Benefits

 

 Free textbooks

 Full wavier of standard miscellaneous fee   ($6.50)

 Free PE attires, shoes, socks and uniforms

 50% Transport Subsidy (School Bus)

 $120 Transport Credit per annum (Public   Transport)

The income limit and benefits for Opportunity Fund for Singapore citizen pupils are as follows: 

 

 OPPORTUNITY FUND
 Income Limit
 The family's gross household income must not exceed $6,000 per month.  For those who   have been granted the MOE FAS or SMC FAS, you will automatically be included.
